The lifelong “how to be whole” project

번아웃 징조가 보일때 (꾸역꾸역 공부하고 있는 느낌이 들 때)

  • brain dump - 일기를 써서 생각하고 있는거 다 적기. Give a voice to your negative emotions.
  • take a shower
  • Eat a snack/ treat yourself
  • Reflect on how I’ve came this far
  • I care about my own well being and I am interested in helping myself out.
  • Take a moment to reset yourself (sleep, or just breathe in and out)

Then, recharge

  • physical: instead of doing an exercise that I do to make my looks better, so something fun!
  • Eat (1 whole food -banana, egg, apple, fish, etc)
  • Do one simple task that makes you feel productive. (Send an email, 5 min stretch, etc)
  • Reflect - There is more to life than getting progress, than getting back on track.
  • Artistic medium!!! (Journalling, but the medium doesn’t matter)
  • What genre is my life right now? How do I know I’m in a coming of age teen genre?
  • Reconnect with humans

I’m comparing yourself to a muuuch bigger pool of human beings who have started their businesses, got internships, got perfect bodies etc……… which is something I didn’t know I was doing. (Linkedln, youtube, instagram)

Your life is more than fitness, more than grinding, more than studying. Your life, is yours.
