• 3 main categories
  1. Large cap ($10 billion+)
  2. Mid cap ($2-$10 billion)
  3. Small cap (Less than $2 billion)
• Large stocks usually more expensive but more stable
• Mid, small-cap companies are usually cheaper and more volatile (more room to grow but more risk)
